Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with experience in the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in sourcing and hiring top Software Engineering talent in Latin America. The ideal candidate should have direct experience working with U.S. clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process while aligning with international hiring standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit IT candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Screen IT candidates' resumes and job applications to identify the best matches for open roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to assess candidates within set timelines.
  • Evaluate applicants' technical knowledge, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company.
  • Stay updated and apply HR and recruitment best practices to enhance the hiring process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and establish it as a top workplace.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Direct experience working with U.S. clients and managing international hiring processes.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screenings and technical interviews.
  • Proficiency in recruiting software and HR tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Decision-making abilities to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills to communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.
