Job description

Paystone is a London, Ontario-based company, but we’re hiring everywhere now. If location isn’t important to you, it isn’t to us either. Paystone started in the payment processing industry and has since expanded to include gift cards, loyalty, reputation management, and marketing. We’re currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Summary
As an Onboarding Specialist at Paystone, you will be responsible for managing new customer deployment projects, upgrades, and ongoing requests for our Gift and Loyalty software product. You'll work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration and a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new customer deployment projects, upgrades, and ongoing requests for Paystone's Gift and Loyalty software product.
  • Establish project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Complete project work breakdown structures and estimates, ensuring clear execution plans.
  • Resolve issues and proactively solve problems through the course of the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of client onboarding experience, with a preference for SaaS industry experience.
  • Technologically proficient and adept at utilizing modern software solutions.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems or MarTech in a retail or restaurant-related field is an asset.
