NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to analyze and implement a wide range of custom batches, reports, and FACETS configuration change requests to support the successful functioning of healthcare plans.
• Work closely with business and analyst teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Communicate clearly with business, vendors, and all stakeholders involved.
• Research, analyze, and design solutions based on business needs.
• Lead technical design meetings as required.
• Work under minimal supervision of a technical architect to propose technical solutions and develop specific programs and reports.
• Customize Trizetto FACETS batches to implement requirements and troubleshoot batch failures by analyzing batch logs.
• Create inbound/outbound processes to extract vendor files as per specified file layouts.
• Develop custom batches and reports to present meaningful data for decision-making.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members and junior developers, assigning work, and providing development support and feedback as required.

Mandatory/Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a foreign equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Trizetto FACETS products.
• 5+ years of experience configuring, executing, and debugging FACETS batches in a client-facing environment.
• 5+ years of experience working with various modules of FACETS such as Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, Plan/Product, Billing, etc.
• 5+ years of experience creating custom batches to implement specific business needs.
• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL programming.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong SQL expertise, including creating and performance tuning complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, cursors, functions, and views in Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5+ years of experience in report development using SSRS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, etc.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify data patterns and trends to support meaningful decision-making.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience in the US healthcare domain.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data or technological solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET programming.
