  • Monday - 11 hours (7pm-6am Los Angeles, CA time)
                         Tuesday to Friday - 6 hours (12am-6am Los Angeles, CA time)

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Admin Assistant to play a crucial role in our daily financial data management process. In this position, you’ll be responsible for extracting, processing, and organizing data from TradingView for a diverse portfolio of 50-100 securities. Your work will directly contribute to our market analysis and trading strategies, making you an essential part of our decision-making process. This role offers a perfect blend of routine tasks and dynamic market interactions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial data management and gain insights into trading operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and timeliness are paramount, as all tasks must be completed before the US markets open.

Responsibilities
  • Extract and export financial data for 50-100 securities daily from TradingView, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Upload extracted data to our specialized analysis platform for further processing and simulations
  • Capture and meticulously organize screenshots of calculation results in OneNote, maintaining a clear and accessible record
  • Implement and maintain a robust system for organizing daily data by date, ensuring easy retrieval and analysis
  • Adhere to strict deadlines, completing all tasks before US market opening times (6-6:30 AM California time)
  • Monitor and report on data trends or anomalies that may impact trading decisions
  • Collaborate with the project owner to refine data collection and organization processes for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with financial platforms like TradingView is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using OneNote or similar digital note-taking tools
  • Ability to work night shifts, specifically from 4 PM to 10 PM Philippines time
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in repetitive tasks
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading terminology
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving data requirements
