Step into a pivotal role as our E-commerce SEO Account Manager and spearhead our innovative e-commerce SEO product line! Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize SEO campaigns for a diverse portfolio of 20+ e-commerce clients, with a focus on Shopify and BigCommerce platforms
  
• Analyze complex SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies to boost client performance
  
• Conduct engaging monthly client meetings, presenting comprehensive reports and discussing campaign progress
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with expertise and professionalism
  
• Implement data-driven campaign adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to streamline campaign execution and enhance overall agency processes
  
• Articulate technical SEO concepts in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical clients
  
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve the agency’s SEO methodologies and systems
  
• Stay at the forefront of e-commerce SEO trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to benefit our clients
  
• Potential to mentor and train new team members as the agency expands
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on e-commerce required
  
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and BigCommerce
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and exceeding expectations in client-facing roles
  
• Advanced proficiency in SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data interpretation
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple high-priority clients simultaneously
  
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving digital marketing landscape
  
• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours (8 AM to 6 PM)
