Role Name: Digital Marketing Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm M-F Edmonton, Alberta time

  • Prepare and send out comprehensive reports to clients, formatting them according to company templates and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and updates with clarity and professionalism
  • Assist in maintaining an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurate and readily accessible
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks related to project management, contributing to the overall efficiency of marketing campaigns
  • Master and utilize the company’s cutting-edge software systems and tools, including AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones, contributing to a cohesive global workflow
