Job description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Receives telephone calls and emails from field reps to answer inquiries on various issues, including but not limited to, orders, product information, bills, shipments, return labels, credits, and tracking orders, practice analysis, conversions, event support, assist on onboarding and create Salesforce profiles. Supports supervisor with various leadership functions including but not limited to training, answering team questions, process improvements and standard operating procedure creation. This role is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

40% Receives telephone calls, emails, and cases from team Schein members to answer inquiries on various topics. These tasks will include but not limited to account transfers, practice analysis, conversions, credits, returns, custom quotes, & special-order emails

30% Assist Supervisors with approving and releasing pending credits and call tags, 530 pend releases, Data Warehouse reports, reviewing/processing requests in the Dental Merchandise Credit/Rebill Mailbox, bid tool status update, Concur Delegate communication, & follow up training.

15% Execute the primary system and procedural training of all new hires under the direction of the Sales Support Supervisor. Trains current Sales Support TSMs on new procedures, and maintain training manuals/materials, updating as needed.

10% Assist Sales Support team with everyday questions/concerns and help them with escalations.

5% Participates in other duties and/or special projects, as required.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 4 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

SKILL: 

Exceptional understanding of the job and ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks. Complete tasks in creative and effective ways. Complete assignments and facilitate the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area. Apply acquired knowledge of procedures and external regulations.

COMPLEXITY: 

Consistently work on complex and sometimes unique assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Make recommendations for new procedures. Analyze complex technical or non-technical problems.

SUPERVISION: 

Work under minimal supervision and may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May act as a facilitator or team leader.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

The posted range for this position is $43,391to $67,798 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for an incentive not reflected in the posted range.
