Job Summary
The Program Manager 2 is responsible for providing management and oversight for the lifecycle and relationship management of Enterprise MSP Partners driving SMB products and service installation programs end to end. Successfully delivers program outcomes utilizing advanced program and project management skills with knowledge to follow the organization's strategic plan and leads the large-to-medium programs including longer-term improvements, and benefits in support of the organization goals. Provides first line customer support regarding program information, policies and communicates with internal departments to ensure program accuracy and management of escalations.
Works with cross-functional teams to establish, achieve goals and mitigate risks to the program. Responsible for high level communications for internal stakeholders and external clients. Ensures successful completion of any projects within the program according to timeline, budget, and specifications. Works and leads independently with limited direction. This is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance.
Role will be virtually based with the candidate residing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or Colorado.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Supports multi-location customers with multiple services at each location by managing program execution consisting of multiple projects focused on the installation and support of the customer’s products and services.
- Manages and drives program work streams required to deliver enterprise products and services. Ensures activities related to service installation, network readiness, systems readiness, billing, and service assurance work streams are successfully prioritized to ensure smooth handoffs during project executions. Identifies and manages risks, issues and gaps that could impact work stream timelines and goals; develops, triggers, and manages mitigation plans for program execution.
- Establishes and manages to critical dates required for on time completion of program activities and evaluates impact of change to the overall program plan.
- Plan agendas for and facilitates program team meetings; prioritizes and drives cross-functional activities as related to the programs being managed, and develops and manages communications, summary reports and status for various audiences; provides accurate program status information in the form of formal reporting and presentations.
- Interfaces and collaborates with sales leadership, operational alignments, and other functional groups to ensure program execution flows appropriately and accurately.
- Identifies and confirms participation from required cross-functional teams. Works with the other team members and Strategic Business Initiative to drive collaboration and efficient and successful workflows.
- Facilitates the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Works with leadership to call out resource impacts relevant to the program plan.
- Analyzes areas of risk to avoid risky activities by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas. Establishes contingency plans, identifies trigger events, and assumes responsibility for initiation corrective actions.
- Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs. Ensures proper documentation.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation
This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $71,353.92 - $107,030.88
