JOB DESCRIPTION
What does a Lead Product Manager do at Green Dot?
This role will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end product planning and execution of Green Dot products and services for existing and new partners. As a result, you will be working on designing new product features, refining existing APIs to meet partner needs, owning new partner launches and taking them through various stages of onboarding, implementation, testing and go-live. This is a cross-functional role requiring you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all technical as well as business requirements are met.
As a Lead Product Manager, you can look forward to:
Design, develop and manage activities for launching Green Dot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
Lead all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
Works closely with senior management to define product roadmap and strategy
Analyzes product requirements and develops appropriate processes and artefacts to ensure they’re successfully delivered
Defines functional and non-functional technical requirements and prioritizes them with business owners and other stakeholders
Triages product defects and ensures proper ownership and delegation toward resolutions
Collaborates closely across various teams including Engineering, QA, and Account Management teams
Manages compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and processes
