Club Division – Jonas Synergy

POSITION

Working in our Club Division and reporting to the General Manager of Jonas Synergy, we are seeking an ambitious, action oriented individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive for a new and exciting product roll out.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and deliver sales demonstrations; quote pricing in line with Company policy and meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs, industry trends and competition
  • Accurately track and report sales, outreach efforts, &  opportunities in the pipeline within Company’s CRM and reporting systems.
  • Develop your own go-to-market strategy for assigned territory; Aggressively promote and market the Jonas Synergy brand within assigned territory; Develop and maintain working relationships with customer base through interpersonal savvy;
  • Work constructively with marketing team on strategic campaigns

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer focused, approachable, and has perseverance to succeed
  • Action Orientated: full of energy; passionate to grow and seizes opportunities; and enjoys overcoming challenges and complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as soft skills are a must
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with Club software applications is an asset but not required
  • Software Sales experience
