Job description

Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant who will be responsible for engaging, building, and managing relationships with Advisors in the assigned region.


Note: Qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, NV, MN. The position will also cover the states of NE, ND, SD, WI, and IA.


What you will do:


  • Primary owner of the Advisor relationship working with Cetera value proposition experience throughout the advisor life cycle.
  • Responsible for developing & executing regular engagement plans and managing the sales funnel/pipeline from discovery to completion.
  • Fuel organic growth, engagement, satisfaction, and retention of Advisors through their adoption of Cetera growth tools, platforms, and solutions.
  • Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes.
  • Actively identify and/or create opportunities to connect the Advisor with subject matter experts to drive product adoption of investment solutions, advice offerings, and Cetera platforms.
  • Ensure clear lines of support and resolution between the Advisor and other Cetera functions to ensure Advisor needs are being met through a partnership with the Service Escalation Specialist.


What you will do:


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of Relationship & Sales Experience.
  • Series 7, 66, or 63/65 combo, and/or 24 FINRA Licenses.


Travel Requirements:


  • Up to 50% for Advisor Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events.


Compensation:


The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
