Job description: We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive our

automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software

testing and automation, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing

strategy tailored to project needs.

Framework Development: Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using

tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Test Script Creation: Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high

software quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into

the CI/CD pipeline.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best

practices in test automation.

Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to

stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance

overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading automation efforts.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java. Python, or JavaScript.

Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit. TestNG).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g.. Jenkins, GitLab Cl).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agile environments.

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g.. JMeter. LoadRunner) is a plus.

Relevant certifications in QA or automation.
