About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to streamline and optimize the daily operations of our e-commerce and retail fulfillment business. You will play a key role in inventory control, multi-platform stock management, logistics, order processing, retailer compliance, and process optimization.
You’ll be working across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring everything runs smoothly, stock is managed effectively, and customers receive their orders on time!
This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. KPIs and weekly performance tracking will be implemented to ensure continued improvement and success!
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee and track all e-commerce orders from placement to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Liaise with 3PL partners, couriers, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues quickly.
- Implement and refine tracking systems to improve delivery times and order accuracy.
- Proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks in order fulfillment.
Multi-Channel Stock & Inventory Management
- Manage stock levels across e-commerce platforms in the US and UK in real time.
- Prevent overselling or stockouts by ensuring 95%+ accuracy in stock updates.
- Organize stock transfers between warehouses and fulfillment centers for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reduce discrepancies and minimize errors.
- Identify slow-moving stock and suggest strategies for clearance or reallocation.
Retail Order Management & Compliance
- Oversee the end-to-end process of fulfilling retail orders – from order placement to final delivery.
- Manage production and delivery timelines to meet all retailer deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements for packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Be the primary point of contact for retailers, keeping them updated on operational matters.
- Track and manage contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation for retail partners.
Website Updates & Product Listings Management
- Trigger website updates whenever stock changes, ensuring real-time accuracy.
- Work with the marketing & web team to update product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate promotions and discounts based on stock levels to maximize sales and avoid over-discounting.
- Ensure product pages reflect current stock levels and shipping times.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Be the go-to person for escalated customer service issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
- Track common customer complaints and develop strategies to reduce negative feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to incorporate customer feedback into business improvements.
- Maintain and improve response times & resolution rates to enhance customer satisfaction.
System & Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation & process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Work with internal teams to streamline workflows and integrate new tools.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accountability.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Provide weekly reports on operational performance, including order accuracy, fulfilment speed, stock levels, and customer issues.
- Track KPIs and use data to propose improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices in logistics and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Must-Have
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel stock & inventory management.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and industry.
- Ability to analyse data, optimize processes, and implement improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Experience working with 3PLs & warehouse management.
- Understanding of customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
