What You’ll Do

  • Craft the Narrative: Develop a compelling content strategy that showcases Provenir’s unique value, making our solutions stand out in the market.
  • Tell Engaging Stories: Turn complex product features into relatable, easy-to-digest narratives that connect with our audience.
  • Create Dynamic Content: Innovate with interactive media, AI-driven personalization, video storytelling, and other digital-first content formats.
  • Optimize for Impact: Work closely with our digital marketing and agency teams to ensure content is optimized for search, discoverability, and conversion.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: As a part of Product Marketing, you will partner with Product Management and Sales to create content that supports our go-to-market strategy and helps drive revenue.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Position Provenir as a trusted industry leader by developing and amplifying insights, trends, and product-focused perspectives, ensuring a consistent voice and tone across all communications.
  • Influence & Inspire: Provide indirect leadership by guiding content contributors, designers, and digital marketers, ensuring consistency and alignment with Provenir’s content strategy. Act as a mentor, offering guidance and best practices to help the team grow and excel.
  • Measure & Improve: Track content performance using key metrics, analyze what works, and continuously refine our approach.


What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing and campaign management.
  • A knack for translating complex concepts into clear, engaging stories.
  • A passion for innovation and a track record of exploring new content strategies and emerging formats.
  • Expertise in digital content strategy, including interactive, video, and AI-driven formats.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web publishing requirements, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing content creators and design resources.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to anticipate audience needs and preferences.
  • Hardworking with a “no task is too small” attitude and a willingness to go beyond stated responsibilities.
