Join Worldline's North American Expansion as a Product Manager!


Worldline is on the rise in North America, and we’re seeking a Product Manager to spearhead our product roadmap and drive revenue growth for our payment solutions. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the performance of our payment products, collaborating with industry-leading payments professionals, technology vendors, merchants, and prestigious clients.


Working closely with the Head of Product Strategy, Product Delivery, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, you will leverage Worldline’s extensive expertise in payments technology, business processes, and risk management to shape the future of the payments industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities



  • Understand customer issues and requirements and provide suitable technical solutions after an end-to-end analysis of the current application
  • Build out, own and deliver on self-defined roadmap
  • Use knowledge and IT and Product experience to review, analyze and implement improvements and recommend business requirements towards revenue growth and product KPIs.
  • Bridging the gap between IT and the business with data-driven recommendations along with collaboration
  • Build and maintain documentation related to business opportunities
  • Works in an Agile environment with stakeholders, and continuously reviews the business needs, refines
  • Prioritize, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risk.
  • Product Performance - KPIs: Monitor and report on performance of business, product, recommending corrective action and KPIs where needed.
  • Define, refine product and business use cases to help drive product initiatives interdepartmentally.
  • Drafting commercialization plans and content to assist with marketing, customer support, train the trainer and more.
  • Developing and defining product briefs, requirement documents, and product scorecards.
  • Help develop product briefs with internal and external stakeholders based on their business needs and translating that into product centric scenarios.

  • Have 7+ years of experience accessing needs and coming up with solutions
  • Have 2+ years relevant experience
  • Have Knowledge of payments industry (preferred)
  • Have an Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business or related engineering fields
