Role: Integration Consultant / Support

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: India

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

• Design, Delivery and Solutions
• Assist other Integration Consultants in the production of designs to exceed customer requirements which includes customer support/enquiry
• Retain a holistic view of the solution whilst working on the lower level
• Escalate issues as they are encountered in a timely manner to the appropriate Senior Integration Consultant or Team Lead
• Willing to work on the client site with minimal supervision Code and Configuration
• Development and delivery of code and configuration to a high standard, including documentation and a suitable level of unit testing meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Follow prescribed coding standards and ensure that code is version controlled
• Perform Terraform scripting; certificate creation and allocation; docker files and images
• Participate in code reviews, is open to working in a peer programming environment Customer focus
• Provide professional customer service ensuring that communication is clear and appropriate at all times
• Act with professionalism at all time on both client sites and within the office
• All behaviors positively represent IW on both the customer site and in day to day work activities IntegrationWorks 2 Other
• Flexibility and ability to adapt with changing technology
• Team player and is aware of the impact they have on the internal team whilst maintaining awareness of the customer demands
• Continuous learning of different code requirements to ensure that the customers’ needs are met
• Has the desire to improve self-knowledge and skills, identifying and attending relevant training workshops/seminars/online learning where appropriate
• Any other reasonable request from management

Qualification and requirements (non-negotiable):

• Minimum of 3-4 years development experience in the IT industry
• Experience in working with Kong/Kong Mesh (certification in Kong is a big plus)
• Amazon EC2/Amazon EKS knowledge
• Knowledge in Azure and Azure platform support capability
• Experience in Terraform scripting/coding
• Display strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery
• Reliable and able to produce a high quality of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to engage across all levels in the business
• Ability to effectively manage work processes and proactively manage situations to achieve the desired outcomes
• To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparing client/service documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills
• Understanding web services including SOAP and REST
• Version control subversion or Git
• Ideally has Java development experience
• LINUX or UNIX experience Must be keen to learn and improve using our personal development framework
