Molex is seeking a Global Product Manager (m/f/d) in Germany to lead the Global M12 Product Management team. In this role you will be developing and implementing the strategic direction for our M12 product family and related products in the industrial sector. You will have the chance to act as a focal point for market knowledge, profitability, forecasts, commercialization, and planning.
Location: Germany remote with opportunity to travel up to 50% of the time.

What You Will Do
Develop and implements strategic product and annual business plans targeting markets, industries, and customers.
Increase sales and market share of assigned product lines in alignment with Divisional objectives.
Identify product line trends and technologies. Lead long range product planning.
Ensure healthy profitability of the assigned product lines in alignment with divisional objectives and in collaboration with the respective functional teams.
Initiate product development activities associated with extending and profitably growing the assigned product line.
Develop product promotion and commercialization plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
Lead and support the M12 product management team, ensuring alignment with our Principle Based Management philosophy to foster a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.
Who You Are
Have a degree in technical field of study (Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering etc.) or Business-related field
Bring extensive experience in Product Management / Sales or Business development in the Industrial market
Possess Industrial connectivity product knowledge
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Ability to travel
