Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant's role is to provide software implementation and workflow consulting services to Veradigm’s clients pursuant to a contracted project. The IC follows a structured workplan that reflects Veradigm’s methodology through all phases of the implementation life cycle to ensure the successful implementation of Veradigm’s products and solutions.

As the Implementation Consultant you will act as a education training specialist to our clients and will be responsible for applying your detailed knowledge of Veradigm products and solutions to implement software at client sites. Perform project workplan tasks, system configuration, and provide workflow consultation to ensure successful implementation. The IC identifies and resolves system and workflow issues, provides activation support, and meets utilization targets. You will be responsible for managing client expectations throughout the project life cycle, execute tasks with limited support, and offer feedback for software and methodology improvements. The IC anticipates client needs and acts as a client advocate, ensuring a client-centered approach.

 What you will contribute:

  • Apply detailed knowledge of Veradigm products and solutions within specific domains, functional, or specialty areas to implement Veradigm software at client sites.
  • Perform all project workplan tasks for your assigned role in accordance with the contracted project scope.
  • Handle system configuration tasks and provide system configuration consultation to clients.
  • Offer workflow consultation and guidance in line with Veradigm recommendations to clients.
  • Identify, resolve, and/or appropriately escalate system and workflow issues that arise throughout an implementation project.
  • Provide activation support.
  • Meet or exceed utilization targets set by the organization.
  • Set appropriate expectations with clients and manage them throughout the project life cycle.
  • Execute all tasks related to a contracted project role within a specific domain, functional, or specialty area with limited support or mentorship in place.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate internal organizational groups on software and methodology improvements.
  • Anticipate client needs, place the client at the center of your thinking, and function as the client advocate.

 The ideal candidate will have:

           Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required.

  • Year’s relevant work experience Preferred.

 Working Arrangements

  • REMOTE
  • Standard work week Monday through Friday
  • May require rotating after-hours, on-call support, and/or holidays • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
