Job description

The Oakleaf Group is a mortgage and financial services consulting firm with expertise in risk management and financial modeling for the mortgage and banking industries. We are seeking an experienced developer with expertise in:

Python Development
EMR PySpark Development
Tableau Reporting
Home Mortgage Financial Knowledge

Responsibilities:

Lead development efforts to assess and document current and future processes across the enterprise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and plans that align with business and IT goals, optimizing processes and leveraging IT assets.
Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge of programming languages, application servers, and database systems.
Experience with Python, PySpark, Tableau, and familiarity with other technologies (e.g., Java, SQL, Oracle) is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of relevant experience, with a background in leading large-scale projects and teams.
Professional certifications preferred.

Pay Range

$80—$90 USD
