About the role:

The Product/Technical Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring Cresta’s customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge, product expertise, and technical tools to effectively communicate and deliver Cresta’s AI-powered solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop and implement enablement programs that drive product understanding & expertise.

Preferred Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement programs, including training materials, workshops, and documentation, to empower Sales, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure a clear understanding of Cresta’s products and capabilities
  • Design and implement learning paths that cater to different technical proficiency levels, from foundational knowledge to deep technical expertise
  • Continuously assess and refine enablement strategies based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling product positioning and messaging for internal stakeholders
  • Manage enablement tools and platforms to ensure content is accessible, up-to-date, and engaging
  • Drive the adoption of Cresta’s AI solutions by educating internal teams on product enhancements, new features, and best practices

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Technical Enablement, Sales Engineering, Product Management, or a related role within a high-growth technology company
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex AI and ML concepts into digestible, practical knowledge for customer-facing teams
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable technical training programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating structured, efficient enablement processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach and a genuine interest in how AI can address key business challenges
