About You
  • You are comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily and understand that persistence is key in outbound sales.
  • You are able to conduct exploratory lead research and strive to unlock what will transform that lead into an opportunity.
  • You're not afraid of hearing No from a lead and see it as part of the process.
  • You're data-driven and you're interested in scalable marketing processes.
  • You like being a "cross-functional" team member and you're not afraid to work on multiple and different projects, you are ready to play out of your circle of responsibilities within Coverflex.
  • You have an iterative and curious mindset.
  • You are a go-getter and self-driven when it comes to improving things.
  • You believe good enough is better than perfect, you know where to invest your time, and you are focused on outcomes and impact, not on processes and perfection.
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese (internally, we communicate exclusively in English).

  • You've been a top-performing BDR/SDR in sales within the tech industry, targeting HR or Finance ICPs.

 

The Role

 As a BDR, your role will be related to creating and enhancing new opportunities and deals via prospection channels.

On a typical day, you will...

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and book meetings.
  • Try to convert outbound leads through different prospecting channels, including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Align with the growth team on the ICPs and prospects we should target.
  • Work alongside AEs to convert deals into meetings and decrease sales cycle.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated, ensuring that all interactions, insights, and next steps are recorded.
  • Try to reactivate non-active deals.
  • Through analysis, make sure we understand the reasons behind closed-lost leads and create a feedback loop between the growth and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
  • Consistently hit or exceed organizational goals, monthly quotas, and sales objectives.

 

Salary range

Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company and for this position, we have a budget of 27.000€ to 35.000€.

Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 20.000€ to 26.000€ (plus variable compensation and other benefits).
