Job description

This role is remote and open only to candidates located on the East Coast.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, including user account maintenance, data integrity, and security settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
  • Build and maintain customized reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and operational decision-making.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • 3 years minimum hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
  • Strong expertise in declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)
