About the Role

The Product Design Internship at Voltus offers a dynamic and hands-on experience of the energy tech industry. This role is designed for a bright and passionate individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and work alongside industry professionals in the fast-paced and complex world of Demand Response.

Key Responsibilities

Support key design initiatives such as improving customer experiences, designing new internal tools and enhancing the design system.

Lead research initiatives for projects as needed.

Design UX, UI and prototypes at the fidelity required of the project.

Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams, as well as other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Product Design experience including research, UX design, UI design and prototyping in Figma.

Demonstrated interest in energy markets, demand response, the energy grid or climate solutions.

Strong self-starter able to work effectively in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work remotely.

Eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
