The Adobe Enterprise Sales Team is looking for an experienced, results drive, front line manager (Area Vice President, AVP) to lead a team of accomplished enterprise sales executives. The chosen leader for this position will focus on the top, most strategic, enterprise commercial accounts in North America. Will be responsible for formulating and carrying out a strategy to drive net new revenue as well as expand existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. Will lead a team of Specialists that sell Adobe’s Frame.io Enterprise solution. This role works in partnership with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Field Marketing, Business Development, Partner Managers, and Services, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is critical. The candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & best-in-class employee development. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex enterprise deals. The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual and team quotas. Successful candidate will be a self-starter who leads by example with a strong work ethic.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $281,900 -- $459,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
