The primary role is to oversee the development of process improvements, provide direction to management impacting staffing, oversee work process flows to ensure prioritization of projects and work. Implements programs and ensures effective operations to ensure efficient operations to generate sufficient cash flow to support operations and initiatives. Oversees the performance and integrity of the department through the development of accurate reporting, monitoring, and training.Job Duties:
