About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence in our Loss Prevention Team during this high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee daily loss prevention operations, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to refine operational processes, implement performance metrics, and lead a team dedicated to protecting retail assets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity.

  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

  • Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of Operations Management experience.

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Availability to work during US (EST) business hours.

Tools & Technology

  • Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365

Bonus Points

  • Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.

  • Experience in a business process outsourcing function.

  • Background in implementing process automation or operational efficiency improvements.

Job Details:

  • Full-time status (40 hours per week)

  • Able to work during US Eastern time zone 

  • Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 annually

  • Location: Remote
