THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA – REPORTS TO HQ

TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED

Pay will be in accordance with DCF salary policy 

 

This position exists to monitor, report, test and carry out the Departments Plan for the Florida CCWIS solution. This position will participate in testing efforts for all aspects of the project and work closely with OITS to determine and evaluate priority as it relates to  user tickets on the solution and work with the field to gather necessary supportive documentation occurs on bug that is listed requires clarity or needs additional information. There is a significant amount of end user support and teamwork involved in this process.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in regular CCWIS meetings to determine what portions of CCWIS are ready for curriculum development     
  •  Maintain contact with the project manager and project leads.
  •  Gathering feedback to determine the best learning solution to be developed
  • Work with CCWIS team and SMEs to develop a training solution with varying platforms
  • Ensure the curriculum aligns with Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, and Department CFOP
  • Creation of an eveluation process to gather feedback around user acceptance and understanding
  • Clear and frequent communication with Department leadership, CBC Leadership, and CCWIS stakeholders and team
  • Implement CCWIS training
  • Monitor and report CCWIS training compliance
  • Create and deploy FAQs and learner resources as needs are identified
  • Create a communication flow to ensure questions and concerns from the users are captured
  • Assist in operational change management activities to ensure user adaptation
  • Other duties as  needed 

 

 

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Knowledge of Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) and case workflow in FSFN.
  • Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.
  • Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
  • Ability to conduct fact-finding research.
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
  • Ability to plan, organize and develop learning solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
