Co-Founder / Product Manager - Tokenized Real Estate Platform

We are looking for a highly driven and visionary Product Manager to act as a co-founder, with a unique blend of skills in real estate, legal and compliance frameworks, and blockchain and crypto. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate both traditional real estate and the dynamic Web3 ecosystem.

As a co-founder, the selected candidate will oversee the development and launch of a groundbreaking platform, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing cross-functional teams, and confidently presenting the project to Web3 venture capital firms. This is an opportunity to shape the future of tokenized real estate with a team of innovators.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the UAE, US, UK, and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising calls with Web3-focused venture capital firms.
• Pitch the project’s value, tokenomics, and compliance strategy to investors.
• Explain token listing procedures, launchpads, and the Web3 VC model.
• Manage all stages of platform development and team coordination.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including developers, legal advisors, real estate specialists, and marketing professionals.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance for blockchain and real estate operations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate and crypto trends.
• Refine project goals and investor outreach strategies based on industry insights.
• Act as the primary contact for investors, sharing updates on milestones, regulatory progress, and project development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant startup or leadership experience may substitute formal education.
• Proven experience in raising capital and managing investor relations.
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, token listing procedures, and launchpads.
• Knowledge of securities laws, blockchain regulations, and real estate compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with blockchain projects, particularly in RWA or DeFi sectors.
• Established relationships with Web3-focused venture capital firms.
• Background or experience in the real estate industry.
