Purpose of the Position
As an ambassador, you are a vital part of our expansion strategy, helping us grow Tribu World’s presence and impact in your region. Ambassadors are independent professionals who collaborate with us under different terms, depending on their skills, experience, and engagement level. Once approved, each ambassador’s engagement terms are outlined in their individual contract, ensuring clarity and fairness in every collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Promoting Tribu World in Your Region
Advocating for Tribu World among mission-driven organizations, associations, and institutions.
Engaging with potential users and partners to introduce them to our platform.
Establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the impact sector.
Social Media Outreach
Driving visibility for Tribu World on social platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Sharing relevant content, success stories, and community engagement initiatives.
Participating in online discussions that align with our vision and mission.
Representing Tribu at Events
Attending and following up on events, conferences, and networking opportunities on behalf of the company.
Costs for event participation will be covered by Tribu World.
Sales & Business Development
Driving sales in the region through strategic outreach.
Aligning with the company’s growth strategy or developing new approaches that fit the local market.
Building long-term partnerships that contribute to revenue generation and community impact.
Requirements and competences to work with us
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
Additional certifications in community management, digital marketing, or public relations are a plus.
Experience
1+ years of experience in community management, business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience engaging with communities, organizations, or NGOs is highly desirable.
Prior experience working in startups, SaaS, or tech-driven environments is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in German or French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with communities.
Knowledge of social media management and community engagement strategies.
Understanding of the non-profit sector, associations, and digital transformation.
Ability to work with CRM tools.
