We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FSM, integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC), and a strong understanding of field service operations. This role will require collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver best-in-class FSM solutions that enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect SAP FSM solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP FSM with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC), CRM, and third-party applications.
  • Analyze business processes and provide best-practice recommendations to optimize field service operations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Define integration strategies with SAP Service Cloud, SAP Customer Experience, and mobile solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices for SAP FSM projects.
  • Drive user training, adoption, and change management efforts.
  • Support post-go-live activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on SAP FSM product updates, roadmap, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 10 + years of experience in SAP along with experience in FSM, SAP CS/PM, or related field service management solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP FSM implementation, configuration, and integration.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Service Cloud.
    • Experience in designing REST APIs, OData services, and middleware integration (SAP CPI, SAP PO, or third-party platforms).
    • Proven track record in leading SAP FSM projects from inception to completion.
  • Technical & Functional Skills:
    • Expertise in field service business processes, including work order management, scheduling, resource planning, and mobile solutions.
    • Strong understanding of SAP FSM data models, workflows, and reporting tools.
    • Knowledge of mobile FSM apps and IoT-based field service capabilities.
    • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
