The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource & Planning Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our clinical function. You will play a vital role in workforce planning, optimising team schedules, and ensuring efficiency to enhance service delivery. This role focuses on ensuring our teams are well-researched, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
You'll be:Managing workforce planning, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet patient demand.Monitoring real-time service activity and making adjustments as needed.Reviewing key performance data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.Overseeing shift planning and scheduling, ensuring fair and effective workforce allocation.Using workforce management tools to improve processes and maintain smooth operations.Working closely with Team Members and Senior Colleagues to coordinate resourcing.Handling onboarding, training, and performance tracking for clinical teams.Enhancing process efficiency through updates and technology use.Acting as a key point of contact for urgent resourcing issues or service needs.Contractor and Overtime Invoicing: Manage invoicing for contractor staff and overtime, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.We’re looking for someone who has:Experience in workforce planning, resource coordination, or operations management.A structured approach with experience in data-focused decision-making.Familiarity with customer service performance metrics and operational improvements.Confidence using workforce planning tools and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with different teams.It’s a bonus if you have:Experience working in a growing business or dynamic environment.Background in a regulated industry or MedTech.Familiarity with workforce planning methods and forecasting.Our benefits include...
