Customer Experience Associate (Remote)

We're looking for a fully remote Customer Experience Associate to join our award-winning team. Forbes recognizes us as #1 movers in Austin and Dallas, and our team agrees (we've made Best Places to Work list three years running).

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the Voice of Both Locations: After training, you'll handle customer calls for our Austin and Dallas operations.
  • Grow Into a Moving Consultant: Learn our Smart Moving CRM to provide professional quotes and move guidance.
  • Daily Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails, and texts from customers, collect move details, and create accurate estimates.
  • Work Independently: Manage your workload remotely with minimal supervision while meeting performance goals.
  • Build Your Career: Work directly with leadership with clear path from Call Associate to Moving Consultant and beyond.
