Role: Content Production Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Working hours: EST hours 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Toronto Ontario, Canada

Job Description
Our client makes an impact by providing content that is used by all Client Audit Practitioners in the execution of Audit & Assurance engagements around the globe. You will coordinate with our Global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, which may be localized for each country around the world. Our contributions directly support those engagements and the continued transformation of our Global Audit & Assurance business.

Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of knowledge management experience, including gathering, writing, revising and releasing content or experience in performing quality reviews of XML based content
• Working knowledge of DITA or other XML based formats
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within an onsite and a virtual team
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Education and experience:
• College degree (or equivalent)
• Two to three years of content management experience
Preferred:
• Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as SDL or Documentum
