Software Developer (Customer Integrations) Remote

1. Integration Development:
   

• Develop custom integrations to connect Zenduit platforms with customer systems, including ERP, CRM, and fleet management tools.
  

• Implement APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols to ensure seamless data exchange.
  

• Create automation scripts and middleware to enhance operational efficiency for customers.
  

• Collaborate with customers, Success and Implementation teams, and Product Managers to gather integration requirements.
  

• Analyze technical feasibility, identify risks, and propose optimal integration solutions.
  

• Design robust and scalable integration architectures tailored to customer needs.
  

• Ensure alignment with Zenduit’s technical standards, security protocols, and best practices.
  

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to implement integrations.
  

• Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure reliability and performance.
  

• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly during development and post-deployment.
  

• Act as a technical liaison for customer integration projects, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  

• Offer technical support during deployment, ensuring smooth implementation and user satisfaction.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and reusable components.
  

• Contribute to the development of Zenduit’s integration framework, enabling faster and more consistent delivery of customer projects.
  

• Create comprehensive documentation for all integration projects, including technical specifications, user guides, and API references.
  

• Ensure customers and internal teams have clear instructions for maintaining and troubleshooting integrations.
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Success, and Sales, to align integration projects with broader business goals.
  

• Share insights and best practices with peers to enhance the integration capabilities of Zenduit’s solutions.
  

KPIs:

1. Project Delivery:
   

• Complete >95% of integration projects on time and within scope.
  

• Achieve >98% customer satisfaction for integration projects.
  

• Maintain a defect rate of <2% in deployed integrations.
  

• Achieve >99% uptime for implemented integrations.
  

• Design integrations that handle >25% YoY growth in data volume without performance degradation.
  

• Develop reusable components for integrations, reducing development time for future projects by 30%.
  

• Ensure 100% of integration projects include comprehensive documentation.
  

• Receive >90% positive feedback on documentation clarity from customers and internal teams.
  

• Work with at least 3 internal departments per project to ensure alignment and technical accuracy.
  

• Participate in bi-annual knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  

• Resolve >90% of integration-related issues within SLA timelines during post-deployment.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Angualr (Preferred) Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, telematics solutions, and fleet management systems is a strong advantage.
  

• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
  

• Proficiency in using integration tools such as Zapier, Mulesoft, or custom middleware solutions.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
