Job description


Project Manager – Part time.

 

Location – Anywhere in India

 

Work timing –  5PM IST - 9PM IST

 

Role – 2months contract max

 

Roles and Responsibilities –

 

  1. Could be able to prepare the different kinds of presentations with suitable metrics.
  2. Could be able to provide the dashboards as per desired views, graphs, and visualizations.
  3. Could be able to design the metrics, KPI’s and visualize them.
  1. Preparing Presentations with Suitable Metrics:

    • Develop presentations that clearly communicate project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
    • Incorporate relevant data and metrics to provide a comprehensive view of the project's progress.
    • Utilize visual elements such as charts, graphs, and tables to enhance data presentation and comprehension.
  2. Providing Dashboards with Desired Views and Visualizations:

    • Create and customize dashboards to offer real-time or periodic insights into project data.
    • Tailor dashboards to meet the specific preferences and requirements of different stakeholders.
    • Implement interactive features, when necessary, to enable stakeholders to access detailed project information.
  3. Designing Metrics and KPIs:

    • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with project goals.
    • Develop and implement metrics that can be tracked to measure progress and project success.
    • Visualize metrics and KPIs effectively to support data-driven decision-making.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experienced as a Project Manager or in a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in creating presentations and utilizing visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with dashboard creation and customization.
  • Ability to work with teams to define and implement KPIs and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
