Job Title:  Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location:  Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support Capgemini's projects with Honeywell. The ideal candidate will bring 5-9 years of experience with Oracle HCM, specializing in key modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and more. This role is 70% technical and 30% functional, requiring expertise in HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience with Fusion, as well as exposure to EBS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and other related modules.
  • Manage HCM Cloud configurations, including Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formulas, and Page Customizations.
  • Develop and troubleshoot HCM Absence, Compensation, and Payroll Extracts Fast Formulas, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide strong techno-functional support, applying best practices and ensuring efficient enterprise business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-9 years as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with multiple lifecycle implementations.
  • Core Skills:
    • Proficiency in at least three HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
    • Experience with Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and Page Customizations & Extensions.

Preferred Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities to promote best practices in techno-functional support.
