We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team and help us maintain our position as a market leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Write SEO-rich blog articles, leveraging intermediate knowledge of SEO tools to optimize content and drive organic traffic.
  • Take ownership of writing cold emails, targeting potential clients, and generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Ideate and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in line with our brand voice and target audience.
  • Write compelling copy for advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Work closely with the graphics designer to bring visual content to life and enhance the impact of marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on competitor analysis, lead generation, market trends, and other relevant topics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize tools like Zoho and Salesforce for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign tracking.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital transformation processes and industry best practices, incorporating them into the marketing initiatives as needed.  


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT services sector.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various formats.
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Experience running Facebook, Google and LinkedIn Ads€‹
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation processes and their application in marketing initiatives.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
