Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Provide consultative recruitment solutions, offering market insights and hiring strategies.
Requirement Closure & Sales:
Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Work closely with recruiters to ensure prompt candidate submissions.
Negotiate contract terms, salaries, and fees to successfully close hiring deals.
Meet or exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
Recruitment Coordination & Process Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate placement.
Ensure seamless coordination between recruiters and hiring managers.
Monitor recruitment pipelines and track hiring progress.
Maintain and update client records in CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Market & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights.
Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or recruitment sales.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing, and talent acquisition strategies.
Proven ability to negotiate and close hiring deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM, ATS (Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, etc.), and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring requirements effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in IT, BPO, or niche recruitment sectors.
Strong network within the recruitment and staffing industry.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell recruitment services.
Salary: 6 Lakhs
