We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic After School Program Assistant to join our team at TOPPS. This position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience working with children, particularly those considering a career in teaching, child development, or any field related to education and youth services. As a Youth Program Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching environment for elementary-aged children by supervising, tutoring, and engaging them in various educational and recreational activities.
