Job Description:

Job Title: Sales and Operational Support Specialist

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Operational Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our go-to-market strategies and ensuring seamless operational support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales/sales activities and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales/Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support in pre-sales and sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and client presentations. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Operational Support: Assist in various operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations. This includes coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, and handling administrative duties.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies. This involves market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to drive business growth.
  • Lead Management: Take charge of managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle. Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of sales proposals. Ensure that all proposals are tailored to meet client needs and align with company objectives.
  • Contract Review: Participate in the review and negotiation of contracts. Ensure that all contractual agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional client management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales/sales and operational support roles.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in contract review and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Technical knowledge/experience in digital investigations, eDiscovery, and forensics
