Job description

EvenUp is one of the fastest-growing generative AI startups in history, on a mission to level the playing field for personal injury victims, which range from motor vehicle accidents to child abuse cases. We are seeking a data-driven Go-To-Market Analytics Manager to build and own insight discovery across our revenue generating teams. In addition to building core reporting and dashboards, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to uncover key insights that remove blockers and increase the velocity of our go to market engine. You’ll go deep in the data and couple your quantitative analysis with qualitative findings to create a sharp perspective and actionable recommendations for our teams. As the first dedicated GTM Analytics hire, you’ll set the analytics framework to support our next phase of growth.

What you'll do:

  • Identify the most critical KPIs and their drivers across our go-to-market teams

  • Develop easy to access and highly actionable reporting

  • Conduct root-cause-analyses and detailed investigations across our customer-journey

  • Develop, maintain, and continually refine a perspective on the biggest opportunities for improvement for each Go-To-Market function

  • Become an expert on all existing data sources and identify new data opportunities that can increase the efficacy of your analysis and recommendations

  • Build trusting relationships with leaders and team members across functions

  • Support the creation of clear weekly and daily targets based on longer term growth goals


What we look for:

  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst, associate, or other data-driven role

  • Fluent in data and highly proficient in SQL, Excel/GoogleSheets; experience with business intelligence tools a plus

  • Previous work experience in a high-growth startup environment

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS with understanding of common roles, KPIs, and objectives of Go-To-Market functions

  • Highly proactive and resourceful with ability to independently identify issues, and conduct analysis to solve them

  • Able to use data to tell a story with clear action items and takeaways

  • High attention to detail with desire to make sure data is and analyses are flawless before shipping
