Summary:
Under general direction of the Director, GPO Membership and Strategy, manages duties relating to GPO contracts and eligibility. This position is responsible for understanding Membership, system configuration, contract terms, conditions and monitoring and reporting on contracts goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements, processes, tracks and maintains contractual agreements, including contract review and redline
Validates eligibility for members based MFG contracts
Configures new contracted items in Salesforce for execution of new and existing members
Implements and performs QC of relevant GPO data
Creates, manages, and modifies roster publications and portal users
Configures data import files for record changes in Salesforce
Identifies Salesforce object data for automation needs of Membership
Identifies system development opportunities, manages system development input, testing, and data validation
Identifies, creates, implements, and maintains quality control of workflow to ensure all processes are being followed
Implements process changes as a result of new contracts and contract changes
Validates and performs eligibility analysis of roster or baseline files received from pharma partners and implements and manages subsequent system changes
Identifies, creates, implements, and maintains needed alerts and reporting needs for Membership and Membership Analyst teams
Collaborates with Data Governance to modify or create new scenarios for data quality rules to proactively maintain
Collaboration with sales to identify potentially eligible members or products and identify gaps
Performs any cadenced manual reporting
Creating and running sales reports
Creating and running member eligibility lists
Maintaining and assisting with new and ongoing Manufacturer relationships
Performs related duties assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, sales, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of three to four years of experience; recent GPO Membership or GPO Operations, and/or Intermediate Salesforce knowledge.
Salesforce Certification
Excellent strategic and critical thinking ability
Provide strategic planning which includes identifying, communicating, and direction of critical activities that will enhance operational performance
Understanding of GPO contract operations and sales operations
Interest and enthusiasm for automation of solutions and its potential for improving departmental and inter-departmental efficiency
Demonstrated history of high-level support to a business manager
Superior analytical skills relative to data analytics
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent integration, implementation, and management skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate change
Ability to work as an integral part of a team
Ability to use technical skills to lead an analytic and systematic approach to issue resolution
