POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 100% remote position in US.

The candidate should be able to work in the Eastern hours (EST). 

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to the Senior Director’s priorities and commitments
  • Planning & coordinating end-to-end domestic and international travel plans including proactive anticipation of all logistics through expense reconciliation and submission
  • Scheduling and assisting with leadership rhythm of the business (ROB) in partnership with the Business Manager including staff meetings, events and offsites, meeting logistics, and material preparation
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills with key stakeholders including, but not limited to HR, Finance and leadership team members
  • Providing team support for hiring and onboarding, generating purchase orders and special projects as requested
  • Alias management; processing and approving expense reports
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with counterpart administrative staff
Qualifications:
  • Should have 5+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator.
  • Should have the ability to work well under pressure, managing tasks effectively within short time constraints.
  • Should have with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience with proficiency in MSFT productivity software, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Should have the ability to pay close attention to detail and able to monitor plans and schedules and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turn around. 
  • Should have proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Should have preferable knowledge in internal applications including Employee Central, HR Insights Catalog, iCIMS, HeadTrax, MyOrder, IDWeb, and Concur expense and travel tool.
  • Should have the ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information.

  • A competitive pay range of $23/hr- $26/hr (depending on experience).
  • Position Location: 100% Remote - US
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
