This is a remote position within the USA where you will support our businesses in North America.

What to expect:

As a Programmatic Account Manager, Supply Side, your main responsibilities are to ensure programmatic success for all publishers connected to Broadsign Reach, through platform education, pricing and deal consultation and troubleshooting triage for your assigned region. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support new media owners in their final steps of onboarding into the Reach platform, including go-live calls, recommending deal strategy, and providing market education
  • Rate new networks that are being onboarded to Reach
  • Be an inventory expert for your region, able to advise media owners on demand trends and competitive pricing strategies
  • Ensure publishers are scoped properly to markets and have their inventory accessible via all relevant buying channels
  • Manage & organize media owner materials (pictures, media kits) for use by internal teams at Broadsign
  • Evangelize media owner offerings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to do so
  • Be a Reach SSP expert. Ensure media owners know how to use the platform and are aware of product enhancements.  Capture feedback from media owners about how to improve the platform and share this feedback with the product team.
  • Be the initial point of contact for deal & screen troubleshooting and escalate to technical support when necessary.
  • Manage publisher user login & access profiles

What you need to perform in this job:

  • Previous experience in Programmatic Ad Ops, Programmatic Trading, or Account Management experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem, specifically Broadsign’s SSP integration with DSPs and/or digital out-of-home (DOOH).
  • Experience managing user access and overseeing inventory onboarding.
  • Strong customer service skills to support Media Owners
  • Ability to educate and train Media Owners on programmatic advertising and best practices for programmatic activation with DSPs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal Broadsign teams on Media Owner structural updates.
  • Experience in evangelizing new inventory, media kits, photos, and pricing updates to internal sales and account management teams.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • A solutions-oriented attitude, getting satisfaction from finding optimal solutions to meeting client needs & objectives
  • A flexible, quick, and organized approach to your work; you have the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
  • A natural inclination to be meticulous & thorough, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
