Drive Impactful Marketing in the DACH Region

Coveo helps enterprises like SAP, Nespresso, and Thalia deliver personalized AI-powered experiences across Commerce, Service, and Knowledge Management. As a publicly traded company, we are committed to delivering value to our customers and expanding our presence in the DACH region. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive targeted field marketing initiatives and support our growth in that region.

As our Marketing Campaign Specialist - DACH, you will:
  • Develop and execute field marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, aligning with business objectives across our 2 lines of business: Commerce, and Knowledge.
  • Manage industry events and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Adapt global campaigns for the German audience, ensuring cultural and language relevance.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and maximize impact across different lines of business.
  • Leverage digital channels (email, paid media, webinars, social) to engage prospects in Commerce, Service, and Knowledge.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
  • Fluent in German and English, with 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven expertise in field marketing, event management, and campaign execution within the DACH region.
  • Hands-on experience driving multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and grow the pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot).

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience managing trade shows and industry events.
  • Background in AI, eCommerce, customer service, or knowledge management technologies.
