Job Title: Social Media Buyer
Location: Remote (Ability to work within specified time zones as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Media Buyer with experience in executing and optimizing high-performance paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of launching, managing, and scaling campaigns while analyzing data to improve performance. This role requires collaboration with creative teams to ensure ad effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok to maximize performance.

  • Monitor and analyze daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL) and make data-driven optimizations.

  • Adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative assets, and placements to improve efficiency.

  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and audience segmentation.

Creative & Copy Collaboration
  • Work with copywriters and designers to develop compelling, high-converting ad creatives.

  • Ensure ad variations align with audience segments, platforms, and sales funnel stages.

  • Provide insights on ad performance trends to guide content strategy.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights for weekly reports.

  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Optimization
  • Work with landing page teams to improve conversion rates across touchpoints.

  • Optimize user flows, identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey.

Ad Tech & Tracking
  • Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize attribution models.

Market Trends & Innovation
  • Stay up-to-date with advertising platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.

  • Explore and test new platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit for potential scaling opportunities.

Qualifications
Experience & Performance History
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or paid advertising.

  • Experience in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns preferred.

Platform Expertise
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Ability to build reports and interpret data for performance tracking.

Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analysis.

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

  • Experience with direct response marketing, funnels, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.

Soft Skills
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in programmatic advertising.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Taboola, or Outbrain.

  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Academy.

  • Experience managing junior media buyers.

  • Background working with U.S.-based companies in regulated industries (telehealth, finance, legal).
