Job description

MADI International is a leading distributor in the beauty and salon industry across the Middle East. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by improving the sales cycle, tracking opportunities, and providing insights to increase revenue. It is a full remote job from home from Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in managing leads and ensuring accurate data entry in the Salesforce platform.
Assign sales representatives to accounts and track sales activities.
Analyze sales opportunities and provide recommendations to potential clients.
Monitor sales reps daily call cycles and routes.
Assist in stock analysis, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending action plans.
Manage promotions, offers, and order allocations after necessary approvals.
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring brand growth and performance improvement.
Provide actionable insights to help close more deals and enhance sales efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or business support.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
