Job Description:

We are seeking a REMOTE Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives, driving the development and optimization of machine learning models that enhance strategic decision-making for our clients. This leadership role involves building and deploying models, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams to deliver data-driven insights. You’ll play a critical part in advancing our analytics capabilities and shaping the future of our platform.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
4+ years of data science experience, with leadership exposure
Proficiency in Python or R, with strong SQL skills
Experience with machine learning, neural networks, and ensemble methods
Familiarity with big data tools like PySpark or Databricks
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
High autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Spanish proficiency (a plus)
