Job Description:

We are seeking a REMOTE Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives, driving the development and optimization of machine learning models that enhance strategic decision-making for our clients. This leadership role involves building and deploying models, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams to deliver data-driven insights. You’ll play a critical part in advancing our analytics capabilities and shaping the future of our platform.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of data science experience, with leadership exposure
  • Proficiency in Python or R, with strong SQL skills
  • Experience with machine learning, neural networks, and ensemble methods
  • Familiarity with big data tools like PySpark or Databricks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • High autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish proficiency (a plus)
