Position Overview

We are seeking a talented General Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will work on a variety of design projects, including branding, print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and web design elements. You will play a key role in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with experience in both print and digital design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Creation
  • Create compelling visual assets for print materials (e.g., brochures, business cards, posters, flyers).
  • Design engaging social media graphics, email templates, and banners.
  • Develop website graphics, landing pages, and other digital assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Design logos, brand assets, and templates for clients.
  • Ensure consistency in design style and messaging across all marketing materials.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other designers and team members to refine design concepts and provide feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback.
• Project Management & Time Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in managing files, ensuring smooth handovers to developers or other teams.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and project specifications, adjusting design concepts as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Suite.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and provide high-quality final deliverables.
• Creativity & Problem Solving: Strong design skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both team collaboration and client interactions.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in web design (e.g., creating web graphics, website layout design).
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience with branding and logo design.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
