AlediumHR is seeking an experienced Global Head of Sales Excellence to lead and optimize our clients' sales strategies and empower their teams to drive profitable revenue growth. In this role, you will build world-class sales capabilities, implement best-in-class processes, and leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and market penetration.

What You'll Do:
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute a comprehensive commercial excellence strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Optimize sales processes to enhance customer experience and revenue growth through distribution partners.
  • Develop pricing, promotional, and product positioning strategies to maximize profitability.
Sales Incentives & Compensation
  • Design and implement motivating sales incentive programs.
  • Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics that align with business goals.
  • Ensure transparency, fairness, and effectiveness in incentive structures.
Sales Enablement, Training, & Development
  • Identify training needs and develop customized sales programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Create high-impact sales assets (playbooks, pitch decks, sales sheets, etc.).
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Sales Performance & Analytics
  • Develop data-driven insights to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and sales effectiveness.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.
  • Leverage analytics to drive smarter decision-making and enhance go-to-market execution.
Commercial Enablement & Market Strategy
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral to communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Implement tools and technologies that empower the sales team to operate at peak performance.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial excellence team, including specialists in sales training, analytics, and enablement.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Partner with sales, product management, marketing, and customer service to drive cross-functional success.
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Sales or Marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and navigating global markets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and business analytics software.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred.
